Did you say I could set up camp in the garage, right??? Sure, Joel, I'll paint the walls SALMON just for you! lol With the scarring I got on my last travels from hell, it will be a long time til I am emotionally able to approach an airplane again, but just keep us up to date! Next best thing, I suppose.... I told Shefeeda what a hard ass, big meany you are....so you should settle in perfectly! lol Have fun. Good luck to the both of you in this wild transition.
Hey! Trying this comment thing again. Miss you tons. I'm excited about some opportunities (more later) and I'm loving the poop! Fill us in on the transition.
I miss you and love you very much Lizzie. It looks like you have two knights in shining armour there and a palace too. Its always a palace when you share it with people you love. It looks beautiful there, just the place for you! Bet the air smells good!I'm trying to make you proud! keep those notes coming. XO, Lisa
Liz and Joel, we wish you all the best as you take up residence in the great north. The pics look amazing. We will plan a road trip take care, we will miss you, the wallers
Liz and Joel, The photos look wonderful. I remember our trip there a long time ago and it is still the best scenery I ever saw in my life. Please take care and know you have friends who miss you and wish you nothing but happiness.
I finally brought up the blog. Put it in my favorites. Me and Brian are checking out the pictures now. Place look's awesome. I think you ought to learn how to fish! Get you a boat and fish all day. Liz, do you eat fish? He could throw back the ones he doesn't eat. Just emailed David. He'll be flying the big planes before you know it! Heather and Jeremy worked in the yard all day Saturday. Place looks good. Jeremy said Heather is getting real interested in the birds around the house. She's never seen a woodpecker. The cats love the sun porch. Everyone here says hello. Still have to get mom and dad out here to check out your blog. Talk to you later.
Looks like you guys are having fun checking out the sights. Hey Joel, see if you can sell some business cards to Whistler Village or maybe they could use some envelopes or something. We have access to the Olympics logo! C'mon Pal. We could use the business you know. lol
Have fun folks. Don't get eaten by a bear or get lost in those woods. Joel, you better have yourself a GPS unit so we don't hear about the American white guy who got lost in the Canadian wilderness on CNN.
Liz and Joel, looks like life is agreeing with you both. we are loving the pictures. I have been printing them off for Dad and Dave. Dad was so funny, he was going to take them to your parents Joel!! take care, love from the wallers
Just got your blog site from Sister-in-law Denise from MedVet. WOW! Incredible pics and an even more incredible opportunity. You are living the dream. So happy for both of you.
(10/14) Was enjoying the latest pictures and waxing (not whacking, waxing) nostalgic for BC. I mentioned to you that I visited there once, a few years back. It was this time of year, and regrettably I was only there two days (and I did not bring a camera).
I flew into Spokane and drove up 95 thru Corur d'Alene and across the border... leaves were turning and the colors were spectacular. One of the best drives I ever made. I visited clients in North Star (near Cranbrook) and Kimberley--Kimberley was the best. Stayed at the Residence Inn at the Kimberley Alpine Resort (off season rate was $350CAN/night--yikes!) and spent the evening at the Kimberley Platzl, an open-air town square with a real Bavarian flavor. Dad would love it! Would love to return someday...
